　　In September 2024, the Prosperity Index of Construction Materials Industry was 105.4 points, 4.0 points higher than that of August, 0.8 points higher than that of the same month of the previous year, higher than the critical point, and in the prosperous range, and the economic operation of the industry maintained a low recovery trend.

　　On the supply side, in September, the price index and production index of the construction materials industry were higher than the critical point. Among them, the price index of building materials industry 100.2 points, 1.0 points higher than last month, back to the boom zone; the production index of building materials industry 105.2 points, 3.0 points higher than last month. Overall, building materials product prices rose slightly, building materials production accelerated over the previous month.

　　Demand side, building materials investment demand index, industrial consumption index is higher than the critical point, international trade index is lower than the critical point. Among them, building materials investment demand index 105.8 points, 4.5 points than last month, indicating that the construction market demand recovery; building materials products industrial consumption index 104.9 points, 3.3 points than last month, building materials industry chain upstream and downstream of the relevant manufacturing industry demand to maintain growth; building materials international trade index 97.4 points, 3.4 points than last month, building materials commodities export trade weakened. Overall, the demand for building materials market in September showed a low recovery trend.

　　Building materials production accelerated. in September, with the climate turning better, construction projects to speed up the response to the market demand shows growth is expected, building materials production accelerated than in August. Cement, concrete and cement products, wall materials, waterproof building materials, lightweight building materials, heat insulation and thermal insulation materials, lime gypsum, clay sand and gravel, construction technology glass, mineral fibers and composite materials and other 10 sub-industry production index rebounded over the previous month. Among them, waterproof building materials production index rebounded significantly.

　　Product prices rose in September, in the building materials sub-industry, concrete and cement products, lightweight building materials, thermal insulation materials, lime gypsum, clay sand and gravel, construction stone, non-metallic minerals, such as 6 industry product prices rose slightly, the other industries are still slightly down. Building materials industry supply and demand showed seasonal, local repair, but did not show significant improvement.

　　The industry is running a small improvement. since September, the construction industry, related manufacturing demand increased, supporting the key enterprises shipment rate rose slightly, but the new demand is still weak, the industry is running back to the lack of power.
